Welcome to Bitesized Driving Theory. By accessing or purchasing our course, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website, course, and services.

 

1. About Our Course 

  • Our reference that our course can help you “pass in 7 days” is based on the course layout, which is broken into a 7-day structure. We estimate this requires 1–2 hours of study per day.

  • While we provide the information in the clearest and most effective way possible, your exam success depends on your own effort and revision. We cannot guarantee that every learner will pass in exactly 7 days.

     

 

2. Accuracy of Information

  • We work hard to ensure that all information on our website and in the course is up to date and accurate.

  • However, we cannot guarantee that all content is free from errors. If you notice a mistake, please contact us at [email protected] so we can correct it.

  • Our content is provided for theory test revision purposes only and should not be relied upon as legal or driving advice.

     

 

3. DVSA Material

  • This product includes the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) revision question bank.

  • The DVSA has given permission for the reproduction of Crown copyright material.

  • The DVSA does not accept responsibility for the accuracy of the reproduction.

  • Our course also contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.

 

 

4. Access & Use of Content

 

When you purchase the course, you are granted a personal licence to access the videos, downloads, and materials.  

This licence is for individual use only. You must not:

  • Share your login details with others.

  • Copy, distribute, or share course content publicly.

  • Reproduce or sell any part of the course without written permission.

    Breaching these terms may result in removal of your access without refund.

 

 5. Payments & Refunds 

  • All payments are processed securely through our provider Kajabi.

  • Due to the digital nature of the course, refunds are only offered in line with our refund policy (detailed at checkout).

  • If you experience technical issues accessing the course, please contact us and we will work to resolve it.

 

 

6. Liability

 

Bitesized Driving Theory is not liable for:

  • Any loss or damages arising from reliance on our course content.
  • Failure to pass the driving theory test, as results depend on your own study and effort.
  • Technical issues beyond our control (e.g. internet outages, third-party service downtime).
  • Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, negligence, or anything else the law does not allow us to exclude.
